- Arrest, booking, and jail records: contact the Orange County Sheriff's Office at 205 S. Border Street, Orange
- Felony court files: call the District Clerk felony desk at 409-882-7817 or visit Room 106 at 801 W. Division Avenue
- Class A and B misdemeanor files: contact the County Clerk at 409-882-7055, 801 W. Division Avenue
- Police reports and incident records: contact the agency that wrote the report
- Expunction and nondisclosure: confirm the current filing process with the clerk for the court that handled the case

The research did not identify dependable public lobby hours for that records function, so call before visiting. District Clerk counter hours are 8:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday; Wednesday begins at 8:30 a.m. County Clerk hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on those four weekdays and 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday.
